Shipping Policy

We are committed to preparing all orders received by 10 am (GMT+8) on the next day from Monday to Friday.

How long does shipping take?

Our standard shipping is 2-3 days within Metro Manila, while for provincial addresses, it may take few more days.

Note: Business days do not include Sundays and holidays in the Philippines.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally. However, the shipping rate depends on the area, and some remote locations will require additional fees due to the distance and the lack of shipping dispatch centers. You will see a more detailed representation of the shipping costs upon checkout.

As of the moment, we also do not deliver to PO boxes. If your order is addressed to a PO Box, it will be delayed as we will have to contact you for a house address.

When we have sent your order, you will receive an email with a link to track it. In case of absence, the messenger will contact you to arrange a time that best suits your preferences.

Important note *: Due to the saturation of courier companies during the Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas season, some shipments may experience a slight delay in delivery. If your order has not been delivered in a reasonable time, please contact us.

In case you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been sent, you must contact us as soon as possible. Changing the shipping address will incur an additional cost depending on the destination.
