When will my order ship, and how much will it cost?

Orders over ₱10,000 ship free within the Philippines.

Standard delivery: ₱150

Standard delivery (outside Metro Manila): ₱250

Estimated delivery: 3–7 days

International orders ship with DHL. Rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery: 5–10 days.

Please note: Import duties and taxes are not included and may apply upon arrival in your country.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation.

As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, please make sure you have provided the correct email address and check your email spam folder. If it is still missing, there might be a typo in the email address on your order. Please contact us at info@aiushrefugee.com, and we will sort it out for you. 

Tracking your order

Local orders are sent with J&T or LBC, depending on your location. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a DHL tracking number by email.

What is Aiush Refugee’s return policy?

You may request to return your order within 14 days from the delivery of your package.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. If you would like to exchange your product for a different item or size, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to do so. Contact us here.
