SHIPPING

When will my order ship, and how much will it cost?

• Free shipping: Orders over ₱6,000 within the Philippines, ฿5,000 in Thailand, and $150 for international orders.

• Standard delivery: ₱150 within Metro Manila, ₱250 outside Metro Manila, and ฿100 in Thailand.

• International delivery: Rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery: 3–7 days within the Philippines and Thailand. International delivery usually takes no more than 7 days.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation.

As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, please make sure you have provided the correct email address and check your email spam folder. If it is still missing, there might be a typo in the email address on your order. Please contact us at info@aiushrefugee.com, and we will sort it out for you. 

Tracking your order

Local orders are shipped based on your location. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

International orders are shipped with an express service, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

What is Aiush Refugee’s return policy?

You may request to return your order within 14 days from the delivery of your package.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. If you would like to exchange your product for a different item or size, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to do so. Contact us here.
